Before establishing SRT, Michael was a key member of the startup team at OTG Software, contributing to advancements in enterprise data management. He later founded KnoWare, Inc., where he pioneered drive-mapping technology, enhancing remote file access and cloud storage solutions. His tenure as Vice President of Client Architecture at Xdrive further solidified his reputation in the online storage sector.

Michael’s leadership extends beyond corporate roles; he was the founding President of the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council (CRTC) and has served on boards including the Chesapeake Innovation Center (CIC) and the CyberSecurity Association of Maryland (CAMI). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola College in Maryland.

As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of South River Technologies (SRT), John C. Glavin offers over 30 years of profound experience in software development and technology innovation. His technical acumen has been pivotal in developing SRT’s cutting-edge solutions for secure file transfer, enterprise file sharing, and cloud integration.

John’s career commenced with a successful software consultancy, catering to clients like Vanguard Instruments, where he honed his skills in operating systems and device driver development. In 1997, he founded Riverfront Software, advancing drive-mapping technology to facilitate seamless remote file management. His collaboration with Michael Ryan at Xdrive laid the foundation for SRT’s mission to deliver robust cybersecurity solutions.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cal Poly, Pomona, California, underscoring his commitment to technological excellence.

Meredith Fitzpatrick is a senior marketing operations executive responsible for aligning growth strategy, performance infrastructure, and revenue outcomes at South River Technologies. She architects the company’s demand generation engine and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring marketing functions as a measurable, scalable driver of enterprise growth across the Titan portfolio.

Her leadership spans enterprise SEO strategy, cloud marketplace positioning, subscription go-to-market alignment, AI-enabled automation, performance media governance, and full-funnel conversion optimization. Meredith integrates data, automation, and cross-functional execution to strengthen competitive positioning and accelerate pipeline performance across secure file transfer, managed file transfer, and hybrid cloud solutions.

With more than a decade of experience in B2B technology and cybersecurity marketing, she builds disciplined, high-performance marketing systems that connect brand, product, and revenue strategy. She partners closely with executive leadership to translate market opportunity into structured, accountable growth initiatives that support long-term enterprise value creation.

Meredith holds bachelor’s degrees in Strategic Communications and Business Management, with academic concentrations in Public Relations and Marketing.

Tony Scales serves as Chief Operating Officer at South River Technologies, where he leads global operations, strategic planning, resources optimization, and driving growth and profitability. Since joining SRT, Tony has been instrumental in aligning sales and marketing initiatives with business strategy, delivering measurable revenue growth through partnerships with Cloud Service Providers(CSPs), Managed Service Providers(MSPs), Distributors and System Integrators.

With over a decade of experience building and leading high-performing teams across North America, APAC, LATAM and EMEA, Tony has a proven record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets—His expertise spans CSPs, MSPs, and reseller ecosystems, where he has consistently expanded market reach and improved customer retention.

Tony combines deep technical fluency with strategic leadership. He holds postgraduate credentials in Cloud Computing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor’s degree from The Virginia Military Institute and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He is passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer success at scale.
